Arena
Proposal to build a high quality 70 x 200 Dressage Arena.
Install 300 Ft Of Silt Fence.
Strip 18" of top soil and pile.
Add 100 ft of 12" pipe and create a basin so that storm water will exit through the two existing
driveway pipes.
Bring compact able clay dirt from the hill to build a pad for the arena.
Pad will slope 2% on four sides; See diagram above. A 2% slope is = to 1/4 in slope every 12".
Compact clay dirt to 90% or better.
Add non woven fabric as a membrane to separate the base dirt from the footing material.
Owner will determine exact footing material.
Most of the top soil will be placed back on the hill and graded for a usable yard or future
paddock.

The only place that I see would require brush and tree removal would be if you ran
fence along the property line next to the ball field.
I believe I saw 4 board fence running along the rear of the property; reducing the
amount of fence that you would need.
